In winter, we often hear strange sounds in the fridge at night, such as something cracking, banging and so on.

Until the coldest days, I cleaned the ice in the freezer with hot water. Only then did we find out the real reason.

After deicing, the refrigerator feels clean and refreshing. Then plug in the power supply, and in a moment, you can see a little bit of frost on the metal in the freezer. The refrigeration is normal.

But the next day, early in the morning, I found that the refrigerator in the freezer was gone, and there were some small drops of water, indicating that there was no refrigeration. But no strange sounds were heard at night.

The truth is as follows:

In winter, the temperature at night is very low. In these days, the temperature is about 0 degrees, so the refrigerator will not be refrigerated. There was no deicing in the past. The ice in the freezer was very thick. Because without refrigeration, the ice began to melt or fractured, so there was a strange sound.

Now, after deicing, there is no ice to crack, and no sound. And because there is no thick ice, so, without refrigeration, you can clearly see small droplets.

The solution is also very simple, that is, to adjust the temperature control switch in the refrigeration room to 7, more than an hour later, and then to 4 or 5.

Attention must be put back, 7 is to force the compressor to start all the time, it is not necessary to do so.

In winter, this gear should be raised higher, in summer, it should be reduced lower.
